The HOA annual dues for 2021 is $325, per household.  Dues are due by March 1, 2021.

Payment Plan Option

We understand that the global pandemic has made it difficult for many. This year we are providing an option to split your dues into two payments. If you choose this option, the first payment of $162.50 is due on March 1, 2021 and the second payment of $162.50 will be due on September 1, 2021. Due to the recent increase in positive coronavirus cases, the HOA has decided to hold the Annual Homeowners meeting virtually (via Zoom). The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. We will be discussing the annual budget and other community news.

HOA Dues: The HOA annual dues for 2021 is $325, per household. Dues must be received by March 1, 2021. Payments received after March 1, 2021, are subject to a late penalty of $25.00 per month, plus any incurred expenses.
