The HOA annual dues for 2021 is $325, per household.  Dues are due by March 1, 2021.

Payment Plan Option

We understand that the global pandemic has made it difficult for many. This year we are providing an option to split your dues into two payments. If you choose this option, the first payment of $162.50 is due on March 1, 2021 and the second payment of $162.50 will be due on September 1, 2021.
