Snow Removal Update

We are a secondary plowing location for our snow removal contractor. Therefore, Hunters Green will not be plowed until the contractor has cleared the lots for their business clients in this area.

Important items to note:

  • Snow removal will take place when snow accumulations are above 4″.
  • Cul-de-sacs will not be plowed where vehicles are parked blocking the snow plows’ passageway. The snow plows cannot maneuver these areas when vehicles are parked in such a small area.
    • This includes the east end of Hunters Green Way (dead end). The snow plow drivers need somewhere to push the snow in order to clear the roads. Large accumulations must be pushed, east to the dead end, on Hunters Green Way.
  • The area in front of the mailboxes will not be plowed. It is the responsibility of individual homeowners to clear that area.

The Annual Homeowners meeting will be held virtually (via Zoom) on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. We will be discussing the annual budget and other community news. If you plan to attend, please send an email to HuntersGreenHOA@Outlook.com to obtain the Zoom meeting ID and password.

The HOA annual dues for 2022 are $325, per household.  Dues are due by March 1, 2022.

Payment Plan Option – We understand that the global pandemic has continued to make it challenging for many. For the second year, we are providing an option to split your dues into two payments. If you choose this option, the first payment of $162.50 is due on March 1, 2022, and the second payment of $162.50 will be due on September 1, 2022. If you are interested in this payment option, please forward an email request to the Hunters Green HOA Treasurer at HuntersGreenHOA@Outlook.com.

HOA Dues: The HOA annual dues for 2021 is $325, per household. Dues must be received by March 1, 2021. Payments received after March 1, 2021, are subject to a late penalty of $25.00 per month, plus any incurred expenses.

Help Keep Our Neighborhood Clean and Safe

We have noticed an increasing amount of trash and debris in the neighborhood on and after trash day. If you see trash around or near your property or in the street, please pick it up. We want to keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful.

We love our children, senior residents, and pets. Please help us keep them safe! Slow down, while driving through the neighborhood.
