Our annual meeting will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Pike Fire Station at 7002 North Lafayette Road.  The annual meeting is open to all homeowners.

We anticipate dues for 2016 to be $300.

Our next HOA meeting will be in October — date TBD.  Location: the Pike Fire Station at 7002 North Lafayette Road.  This general meeting will be open to all homeowners.
