Good morning! I am a homeowner in Hunters green and was curious to see who i should be in touch with as to who mows the common area? There is a large area behind our home thats common area and never gets mowed. Thanks! My email is tweiland3@yahoo.com
Tiffany, I’ll make sure that Mark Truax, our HOA president, sees your comment.
Hello! When is the next Community Garage Sale and where can I obtain info to be a part of? Thank you!
Hi Courtney! Thanks for reaching out! The 2019 Community Garage Sale will be Saturday, June 1 2019. Thank you!
Oh, and all you have to do to be a part of it is set up your items for sale and manage your own sale– no official process or sign up is required. We normally see people getting set up starting at 8 AM until about 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!
Need the color for mailbox post. Mine needs to be painted. Also I need to paint the trim. Are the forms for approval online?
Painting the trim on the house the same color, but it is a little darker. Was hard to match up exactly.
Hi Alfreeda, you should be okay to proceed. If you want to email the board, send to the emails on the HOA officers page. Thanks!
