Our annual homeowners meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Pike Township Government Center at 5665 Lafayette Road which is the building of the township assessors office and small claims court. It is on the east side of Lafayette road just north of 56th Street.
This is our most important meeting of the year! We will review the budget, discuss upcoming dues, and share information about additional projects in the works for 2018.

Important: Dues for 2018 will be $300 per household. HOA dues are due March 1, 2018. Payments received after March 1, 2018, are subject to a late penalty of $25.00 per month, plus any incurred expenses.
