Agenda
Fraud Case-update
Treasurer personally reimbursed the board for half of total amount, remains an open investigation as a federal case with the FBI.
 
Green Gang-snow removal performance and contract
Winter snow clearing was not up to community standards.
Board member volunteered to be contact liaison with Green Gang supervisor to increase communication and understanding of community needs.
Suggestion was made to provide an interactive map to share with Green Gang supervisor to identify areas in need of being cleaned up during snow events.
Walk-through the neighborhood will be planned with Green Gang supervisor for future Spring/Summer cleanup efforts.
Pine tree stump needs to be removed in common area on Court and Way.
 
Budget Update
Approximately $17,726 total currently between checking and savings accounts.
53 out of 78 homeowners have made partial or full annual dues payments.
36 homeowners have paid the $100 special assessment.
Board members previously discussed a suggestion to coordinate online bill pay through online banking as a mechanism to pay the dues.
Additional discussion regarding potential to add an online payment link to the website, further investigation on this topic is needed (unsure of additional fees, costs to include this feature on the website).

Miscellaneous:
Resident mentioned a possibility to reduce frequency of water sprinkler usage in common area to save on electric and water consumption.
Downed street sign on Lafayette road still damaged due to previous hit and run vehicle incident, residents suggested to share the case number so that more homeowners can call the city to assist with increasing awareness.
 
Reminders:
Please slow down when driving in the neighborhood as residents are out and about on walks, be aware of children and pets as well.
Political signs are not permitted to be displayed in the homeowner’s front yard, as per the covenants. May be displayed in windows.
Some mailboxes still need replacement, and a few more need to be cleaned, minor repairs, and or painted. Paint color code is on Website at:  https://huntersgreen46278.org/mailboxes/
 
Trash cans
Please put them up out of sight from the street by Friday –within 2 days of pickup; as per the covenants, trash cans are not to be visible from the street.
Older cans can be donated to a non-profit, such as Keep Indianapolis Beautiful.
 
Improvements
Any outside home improvements (siding, paint, fences, etc.) need to be approved by the Architectural Committee of the board. Email to: huntersgreenboard@gmail.com
 
Although we are always happy to have new board members, we are looking for a new treasurer.
Please contact our President or another board member if you are interested in joining the board.
