Homeowner Association Dues
Homeowner association dues were agreed to be $350.00 for 2023. A full payment of $350.00 is due on March 1, 2023 or the total can be split between 2 payments of $175.00 each.
The HOA annual dues for 2023 are $350.00, per household. Dues are due by March 1, 2023.
Payment Plan Option – We are providing an option to split your dues into two payments. If you choose this option, the first payment of $175.00 is due on March 1, 2023, and the second payment of $175.00 will be due on September 1, 2023.

Snow Removal Update
We are a secondary plowing location for our snow removal contractor. Therefore, Hunters Green will not be plowed until the contractor has cleared the lots for their business clients in this area.
Important items to note:
- Snow removal will take place when snow accumulations are above 4″.
- Cul-de-sacs will not be plowed where vehicles are parked blocking the snow plows’ passageway. The snow plows cannot maneuver these areas when vehicles are parked in such a small area.
- This includes the east end of Hunters Green Way (dead end). The snow plow drivers need somewhere to push the snow in order to clear the roads. Large accumulations must be pushed, east to the dead end, on Hunters Green Way.
- The area in front of the mailboxes will not be plowed. It is the responsibility of individual homeowners to clear that area.

2023 ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
All Hunters Green community residents are invited to attend our annual homeowner’s meeting at the Pike Township government center, which is located at 5665 Lafayette road on Thursday January 19th, 2023 at 6:30 pm EST.
Discussion topics will include: the annual budget, proposed annual dues, addressing resident concerns, among others.

Due to the recent increase in positive coronavirus cases, the HOA has decided to hold the Annual Homeowners meeting virtually (via Zoom). The meeting will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. We will be discussing the annual budget and other community news.

HOA Dues: The HOA annual dues for 2021 is $325, per household. Dues must be received by March 1, 2021. Payments received after March 1, 2021, are subject to a late penalty of $25.00 per month, plus any incurred expenses.
Help Keep Our Neighborhood Clean and Safe
We have noticed an increasing amount of trash and debris in the neighborhood on and after trash day. If you see trash around or near your property or in the street, please pick it up. We want to keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful.
We love our children, senior residents, and pets. Please help us keep them safe! Slow down, while driving through the neighborhood.
