- 2024 Homeowner Dues can be paid in installments, with $200 due on March 1, 2024 and $175 due on September 1, 2024.

Dear Homeowner’s Association, 4-6-2024
On Feb. 9, I sent a check to the above address, and as of today it has not been cashed. I then sent a second check to the treasurer and explained my problem with the first check on March 16. As of this date, neither of the checks has cleared the bank. I would like to get this taken care of as soon as possible. Can you please tell me how I should proceed? Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Our treasurer mentioned that she has deposited the check dated on March 16th as of today, April 8th. Hopefully all is well.
