Mailboxes

Mailboxes are a key feature of the curb appeal for our neighborhood. Therefore, it’s important to keep the color, style and lettering/numbering consistent, as well as to replace damaged or faded mailboxes, news paper boxes, and posts as quickly as possible.

Maintenance and/or replacement is a requirement of our homeowner’s covenants.

The Hunters Green Association’s approved contractor for purchasing new mailboxes, paper boxes, and posts is:

Carroll allowed me to take a picture of the barcode with the specific recipe on the paint can he was using yesterday, Valspar Duramax Flat Exterior with Base 4 from Lowe’s:

    • Hello Alfreeda, the paint is the Valspar Duramax Exterior Flat with Base 4 and can be purchased from Lowe’s with the customized color formula for a 1 gallon can as: 101-1Y42.5, 107-1Y42.5, 109-18.5, 113-7Y34.5

The ratio of the paint colors does change slightly for a smaller can.

Hope this helps, I also posted on the community Facebook page with additional information.
